prologos, the concept is that complex things come from very simple things. to start a complex software, you first start a very simple software. in linux/unix environments among others, this is called bootstrapping. also, simple computers were used to design more complex computers. it's quite trivial actually. simple organisms evolved to more complex organisms etc.

The koala sleeps or rests 22 hours a day and is completely arboreal . When it’s not resting, it’s busy filling up on yummy eucalyptus leaves (which are indigenous to Indonesia and Australia, but that’s another issue).

Which vacation would the Society prefer a Witness take?
by LogCon inof the three following vacations, which one would the watchtower society prefer that a witness take?.
1 - a three week working volunteer vacation in bethlehem, to help the international palestinian youth league and the alternative information center, [ a joint palestinian and israeli activist organization] to turn a former israeli army base into a residential compound with a school, a hospital, a youth house and a series of gardens.. 2 - a three week working volunteer vacation to help the local food bank collect, stock and distribute food to the needy.
duties would include preparing tasty and nutritious meals for local residents including families.. 3 - a three week cruise from seattle to hawaii, enjoying all the amenities of the luxury liner, as well as seven days in hawaii enjoying the scenery, the restaurants and the hot, sandy beaches.. if you are able to make more detailed comments i would greatly appreciate it.

nice topic. 1 and 2 would be frowned upon. 3 would be ok, but people would be jealous.
as for 1 and 2, i think it's also some kind of jealousy, but of the "have no other god before me" kind. you'd actually be doing something useful instead of wasting time annoying people.

for instance what has the wt taught about evolution/science or mans existence that is wrong and could possibly change skmeones mind?
and the more important question, why is it a creator couldnt allow for species to evolve?
